My trainee placed an order, will I have duplicates and/or can I get into the customer group with their order?
Your trainees cannot order the USB/Download or the items we sell online, you will not have duplicate orders! Only online orders for a package including training photos provide access to the customer groups.
How long will it take to get my order?
The photo USB ships roughly 6 weeks after graduation, the download version typically comes around that same time.

Photo Items
If you ordered 3 weeks before grad you will get them before graduation. They ship by grad date but you will definitely get them before graduation for sure. Typically they arrive about 1 week before graduation.
Items ordered for after graduation typically ship within 3 weeks after graduation.
How do I see more photos of my trainee?
We post FREE photos on our Facebook page, no one is FORCED to buy anything to see our free photos.
On the main page you can expect 1 free post per week with 10 photos per post.
POSTS IN THE GROUP FOR CUSTOMERS WHO PRE-ORDERED A USB/DOWNLOAD PACKAGE
In the groups for USB/Download customers we will post an additional 1 post of each COMPANY per WEEK with 20 photos per post.
Additionally, we will do 1 large photo album for each Company about 1 week before graduation of 200 photos. Someone who pre-orders the USB/Download can expect to see a minimum of 300-400 more photos (that’s a lot) than on the main page, in addition to any platoon photos that we may post in the groups.
There are 50,000 trainees going through Fort Jackson per year. Keeping track of this page is more than a full time job for 2 people so please keep that in mind, we work very hard for this.

Do you photograph AIT?
We don't do AIT, only BCT
Do you ship overseas?
No, we do not ship overseas or to Puerto Rico. If you need shipping to PR call the office to order - 951-240-5538
